Yesterday’s question was “To promote world peace, what meaningless activity would you have replace war?” A super special thanks to Duncan who submitted that question and a few others as well!
There were some pretty neat answers!
Carly said “Hotdog eating contest.”
Marc said “The leaders would have to both blow into opposite ends of a straw until one can’t blow anymore and gets a mouth full of the other leader’s stanky breath……i guess that could lead to war though.” (Marc, you’re out of your mind. I wouldn’t want it any other way.)
Hilary said “Strawberry farming competitions.”
But my favorite answers came from both Zoe and Paola, who both said “Bubble blowing!” Amazing that they both came up with the same answer!
Thanks for all your super answers, take a look at today’s question on Tumblr, Facebook, or Twitter!

Number 10 on Salon’s list of most segregated urban areas in America is Los Angeles:

Los Angeles is spectacularly diverse, and profoundly segregated. Though black and Latino Angelenos are increasingly likely to live near one another, their separation from white neighborhoods persists. Indeed, L.A. is one of just a few metro areas with such high segregation of Latinos. It is also the only metro area on this list west of the Great Lakes.
